Programme’s of physical education in an educational institute include
games and sports, Physical exercise and all other health related as
well as recreational activities. All the activities performed by a physical education teacher are included in physical education programmes.
Physical education programmes are divided in three categories.
1) Service programme
2) Intramural Sports
3) Extramural sports
